Montomery cheddar: nutty & complex: beautifully crumbly

Stichelton: earthy minerality balanced by custardy sweetness; fudgy texture

Tiny blossom: a nutty alpine cheese covered in petals: firm texture

Epoisse: earthy & boozy washed in brandy

Circa 1kg of cheese: enough for 4-6 people
